You and Me goin fishin in the dark....

Well it was Dark when we left anyways. Last Sunday night we headed out to the lake to do some fishin with Robert and Kay. The only things we caught were baby fish and crawdads, but we had fun.

This is what happens when I get bored fishing. ha ha

Well this has pretty much been our summer, Playing, Remodeling our rental....Pain in the Butt. Playing some more. Zac working, Me finally deciding to get a part time job, which I started last week with Wells Fargo. So far I like it!!! Heritage Days, Cleveland Days, International Days, The pioneer village at the Castle Valley Pageant, and The Emery County Fair. Have I mentioned how much I LOVE being home. Well if not, I think you get the picture. :D We have a couple more things planned for the summer so....more posts to come in the future.

Summer Camping Trip.

We decied to take a camping trip up Huntington Canyon. So Robert and I went up and found a spot one morning dropped the trailer off and went to get everyone else and the other trailer and four wheelers. We went to Millers Flat and we had sooo much fun.
My Dad on the Four Wheeler. His little sister said he looks like Willie Nielson? WEIRD!!!

This is how we roll when we camp. Reading the Newspaper. Lots of fun. Ha ha

Jk chopping a piece of wood with his mini ax.

Me, Zac, and Sue (JK's Mom) chillin by the fire that I made.

We went on a 4-wheeler ride, Zac and I were in front so we weren't as bad but we were all caked in Dirt. But it was oh soooo much fun.

This is one of the couple Ringers I got playing horse shoes. I have only played two or three times in my life and Kay and I beat my the boys. We almost beat my Dad and JK the second time, but one of them thought to pull out a ringer at the very end. So much fun though.

We had sooo much fun. It was good to get everyone together. Meet some new friends (JK's Family) Eat lot of yummy food once again. I highly recommend doing Dutch Oven Pizza's. Sooo Good. We are planning on going over Labor Day weekend so Hopefully it works out for all of us.
Oh Ya by the way my Brother In Law now owns Ultimate Rentals LLC in Castle Dale so if anyone is looking to rent 4-wheelers or Jet Ski's Contact me and I will get your their number or Facebook them. We haven taken all of them out this summer and it has been soooo much fun.

Synder Family Reunion 2010

We had the Synder Family Reunion in Ridgeway CO this year. It is sooo pretty there and such a nice place to have the reunion. This Reunion is in Celebration of my Great Great Grandparents and their Children. Our Family (My Great Grandma Nina's) always has the most people there. Its so fun to get together and hang out, eat lots of yummy food, have a talent show, and Auction. Lots of pictures and some I won' t put names to keep some of my family confidential.

We stayed in Montrose and we were going to go swimming so we went to Wal Mart to get the boys some swim shorts and this is the outfits they ended up with. JK had an outfit also, but for some reason he didn't get in the pictures. Also we left for awhile and those three boys had a pillow fight. They are such Goof Balls!!!

This might be morbid to some, but this is people that the Reunion is for. They are buried in Paradox Co. It is this small little town in Western Co. This is where my grandma (Flower) was born and they lived there for years before her family came to Huntington. The Paradox Cemetery is Dirt, Rocks, and Weeds. Oh ya and Rattle Snakes. I have a ton of family buried here though.

These two pics are at the Bedrock store, (near Paradox) this store was built in the late 1800's and is still open today. It's tradition to go in get a glass bottle drink and sit out on the porch.

Alot of the Grandkids and Great Grandkids (Great Grandma Nina)

JK and Zac trying to be pole dancers.

Oh how the girls LOVE Zac, they didn't leave him alone all weekend long.

More of my Great Grandma Nina's family.

Our Fam.

This little Cousin Chugged a bottle of Hot Sauce for the talent show. LOL

Group Hug!!

How cute is this little guy! And, who thinks his Dad looks like Jesse James? Everyone at the Reunion thought so.

More cute little Cousins....this little girls LOVES Zac, but she calls him a "Baaaad Boy". Zac asked her why and she thought he was a bad boy and she said "Because you still peoples barbie dolls" ha ha too cute.

We had a Big Belly Contest....

It was such a great reunion. I hate that it is every 2 years. I look foreward to seeing everyone again in two years.

Elvis Was In HUNTINGTON...

Well the #1 Elvis Impersonator in Britian that is. This is how we kicked off our summer!!! This guy had heard about my grandparents junk yard clear over in England. He is a fan of Cars!!! He got in contact with my Uncle Clayton and flew out here. He went to Vegas and said the Junkyard was more fun than Vegas! Is he NUTS? ha ha We ended up taking him with us to a Car Club Party for the Car Club in Price. He was super nice and everyone loved him. Crazy that the Junkyard is known around the world. Here is some of his Elvis picks.

Whats new with us?

Wow!!! It has been awhile since I updated! We've actually been quite busy.....Zac started an internship with Pacificorp in Feb. and has been in Castle Dale ever since, it was suppose to last 6 weeks but he is still there. We are hoping that it becomes his permament job! I stayed in Logan working til we had a better idea of what was going to happen! I am happy to say that I am also moving back to EC in a little over a week!!! I am so excited to get back to the small town life and just in time for a good small town summer! Our lease is up and so it just seemed like the logical thing to do! We've got lots of things planned for the summer, Family reunions, Rodeo's, Fairs, and hopefully get a summer trip squeezed in there somewhere...I am thinking driving up the west coast to oregon, stopping to see some friends in Cali, seeing the Redwoods, and playing at the beach...hopefully that works out for us! We started off carshow season by making the annual trip to Vegas for Mopars at the Strip, as always it was a good time, except for Zac not being able to come with us! We also made it to the Moab Carshow and had a good time there! Well enjoy the pics of the things we have been doing!

Of couse I have to have one of Howie....he is such a ham of a dog, I told Zac we should have named him Elvis because of his lip that he does! He has the cutest little personality, and is a great dog!
What do brothers do when they get together????? They like to see who can out eat each other...they were deciding between, pizza, dollar menu hamburgers, and hot dogs! But, they ended up going with Ravioli's! I don't remember who won....but I think its GROSS, to try and eat that much food!!!

While in Vegas we were able to go to the Rock Concert again! This band is made up of members from, Steppenwolf, Kansas, Whitesnake, lynard Skynard, Boston, and a couple more that I can't remember! They put on an awesome show! For the second year in a row, we got the party started and were on the front row...the guy in the hat LOVES us. He gave us Guitar picks again this year, we got to sing with him, and Chelsea got to strum his guitar. (okay that sounds a little dirty) ha ha! I also caught a drummers stick at the end and about got into a fist fight with a little old man...he then hugged me and asked if he could trade his guitar pick for it! Of course I did not take him up on that offer! Clayton made fun of me because I wouldn't put it down the rest of the night! haha

I want a Woody car soooooooo bad! I don't have 40,000 dollars to buy one, but someday I will. I don't really want one like this but I thought it was cool how they turned a Chrysler PT Cruiser into a woody! Pretty cute!!!

Vegas was a blast, Clayton did pretty good racing this year and is getting better every year! We love cheering for him in the stands! The guys from Pawn Stars were the guests but we didn't get any pictures with them, we were way to busy helping out with the carshow this year! Can't wait for next year!

We ventured down to Moab the last weekend in April for there carshow, we had fun Cruisin Main in the Valiant, then Zac and I took Chad's Vette out for awhile and cruised! We then took the Valiant through arches sunday! Such a gorgeous place and it was the perfect day for a convertible ride!

Now we are just trying to pack and clean and move....I HATE moving, but I am glad that we are moving back to Emery County! I am Glad its finally getting warm and we are able to go out and enjoy the sunshine! I am ready for a jam packed summer!
